Hi guys

How do I programme the electric seats in my ZJ, I haven't got the owners booklet, and haven't got used to How many buttons are in the ZJ after a Wrangler

if they are like other cars, there should be possibly three memory setting buttons. to store the seat position you would normally press and hold a memory button for a set period of time

My96 ZJ has 2 buttons on the drivers arm rest .
Numbered 1 and 2 :icon_biggrin:

Seem to remember hitting lock button with door open then hitting 1
Then same for the other key and hit 2

It's meant to programme the seats and mirrors to the key as well.

Only ever had one key so wasted on me :jpshakehead:

While stationary, set the seat and door mirror to your favoured position, turn the ignition on and press the first button. The light should start flashing. If you still have the two keys they will be colour coded to the next two buttons. Press the matching colour button and the light will stop flashing. Repeat the operation with the other key with different seat and mirror settings to suit another driver. Job done.
