WJ lift kits
« on: February 23, 2016, 02:15:05 PM »

Hello

I've been an observer on here for a wee while, but this is my first post, so please be nice!
I'm considering installing a 2" spacer lift kit on my WJ grand cherokee, and was wondering if they are all created equal?
There are various kits available on ebay as well as other online shops that all look much the same, and cost similar amounts.
Are they all in fact the same?
Are there any suppliers/kits I should avoid or can be recommended?
Thoughts?

Cheers

I added a 2'' spacer/cup lift. Easy to do and does what it says on the tin

I had a spacer lift initially on my WJ, performed perfectly well and no other mods required.

From there a full 3inch lift got installed

My plan is to eventually get a proper kit on, along with some taller rubber, but money needs to be saved first. I need something at the moment though, as a track I have to use regularly is slightly too deeply rutted for standard height.
I was mainly wondering if there are any spacer kits that are better than others, or if they are all much of a muchness.

cheers
