Tie rod

I bent my tie rod at kirton,
Any ideas on a good place to get a heavy duty 1 from, preferably in the uk, I'm worried that if I go state side it won't be here before cheapfest..

cut sleeve and weld with some butch walled tube....... Tis what previous owner of Cockney boys had done a few years back.......... Still there Rich or superceded?    Was Coyote Chris wot did it!

Recently had all the steering changed, and the Crown heavy duty kit was twice as heavy as the Currie one i had fitted previously. The Currie one lasted two years and was giving me Death Wobble, since the new Crown one its all sweet. However I know the Aussies do some HD stuff but shipping is a bitch

Spoke to Dave at llama, he can get me a heavy duty inch and a quarter rough country one for, £98

I might get the welder out and beef bent 1 up..

I pput some 30x30 box (or 35-can't remember which) over one, and spot welded it - I thn bent the track rod ends.......

Try www.ironman4x4fab.com Andy should have something in stock either in Steel or 7076 solid aluminium bar and he is happy to send via UPS.

 Balls to that the best folk to use are euro dirt offroad, made in ireland quality parts. I will be getting some bendy ally lower links from them and a new track bar shortly.

On a side note i have a hex section tj/yj width ally track bar and drag link for sale
