Uploadin pics prob

Been tryin to upload in the gallery and as an attachment in a post but it just wont have it, get the green bars for ages and then it either times out or just doesnt do it. Any ideas?

if you been trying to upload more like the one with no bullbars, ITS TO BIG, its over 3000 px wide, try to resize to 1800 wide.

still needs to be a reasonable size or it will time out, its there to stop the server getting flooded or bogged down with oversize atachments
