List of Attendees which I will keep updated as & when folks have paid but if you are coming & either want to pay on the gate or paypal nearer the time, can you please post up here as we could do with an idea of numbers for the BBQ.
If your planning on bringing family / friends with you, can you please let me know here how many you think will be in your car, it will help us greatly, last thing we want to do is get 100 burgers etc & 250 people turn up or vice versa :banghead:

Well, seeing as Shinky has stepped up and is now part of the Bulldog Recovery Team (far North section) I had no option other than to splash the cash - Clan Bulldog are financially committed :headbanger:

My Jeep will be there but with the marshalling duties I won't be driving it all the time so you're welcome to do a few laps in it.

As it stands today, it's touch and go if I'll be in the TJ !!!!! Rear calipers are fucked and have ordered two from the States. Let's hope they get here. Especially the amount in shipping ive paid !

US shipping is normally quick if you pay the $$$, I've had 3-4 day service from Fed-ex

They are SSBC ones. But a 88 T Bird turbo uses the same calipers

Pay on the gate prices for all club members.
Weekend per truck with camping £50
Day per truck with camping £30
Weekend spectator per truck with camping £17.50
Day Spectator per truck with camping £10.00
Any non-club members can take advantage of the above club rates can simply join Birty’s at no cost to take advantage of the lower prices.
Please note, proof of club membership will be required on the gate by all members both new & old unless you are a known face to Birty’s voluteers manning the gate & that doesnt include appearances on crimewatch.
Birty’s printed Joining e-mail or forum name with avatar etc will be required or other club info that shows who you are.
Non club members will have to pay the full rates which are
Weekend per truck with camping £75
Day per truck with camping £45

Would just like to say a big thank you to everyone who has paid up front the this event. Its been a big help in managing the funds & what we have been able to arrange to hopefully celebrate the 10th Cheapfest with a few extras like the band & BBQ etc.
Hope everyone gets there is one piece, has a great weekend, the weather looks promising, folks get home safe & we can hopefully do a bit of good for a local charity at the same time.

Managed to make it back home today, was stuck on the M5 for quite a while due to a nasty accident southbound and the northbound was closed for a while to allow for the air ambulance to land, got home n dived straight under the Jheep to sort out the ns caliper issue, welded the sliders n re-profiled them but alas the bugger is still getting red hot with the new greenstuff pads in, which are now probably well knackered due to the glowing orange issue, the piston is pushing back with no problems so cant see why the pads are grabbing, never mind it runs fine on the old pads so if there is an issue tomorrow ill let it cool then fit the old ones at a services or summat, Jheeps packed ready to roll, just gotta get the van from the service centre at first light, load it up and we will be on our way, cant wait, really looking forward to this, safe journeys one and all :icon_biggrin:

Trip back to Kernow was free from Bryns over heating issues but recoverywas still required for a power steering pump bearing destroying itself.
All back now safe.
