Right guy's the 4x4 show at the three countys show ground is on April 3rd so we need to pull our fingers out and get a display organised. so

Hi

I would like to have attended the meeting, but I have a prior commitment.

I have been working on badges and keyrings for Cheapfest, and can also make coasters, rulers, fridge magnets and bottle openers. I was planning on bringing some samples to the next committee meeting.

I have some display boards, which I have attached photos and other material, using velcro tabs (if I can find a photo of them in use, I will e-mail it.

I am currently looking to purchase a vinyl cutter, and may also be able to make t-shirt transfers.

I also have a near standard XJ (the TJ does not have enough room for the boards).

lets sort it then...
first thing is to decide what we are gona park in the hall, lets make a list and see what people think. my list goes. bubba cj8, andy or jason cj7, mine yj, shep tj, tank xj. pauls xj, blue sub or mick o, xj. manda or craig tj. and one other. think this will show a good variation of what we run. if this is a good line up and we can agree . we must make sure that those mentioned can do it. we also need the banner. lots of photos so get digging. what time do we need to get there to set up mr muscle?

the list sounds ok to me,if my jeep isn't ready then im sure someone like darky can step in..

We can set up and time after 7am.The event opens up to the public at 10am.So we need to be there around 8-8.30 to get a good spot and be ready for when the event opens.

I can make it. If we can get some birty dastard items on the table ie a t-shirt some stickers and other things to see what interest we get to see if it would be a good idea to start selling them to get some money for the club.
Also the slid show is a good idea and if we could get some pictures on a board that would be good to.
