Since the location has now been established, all we need do is set the date.  (I would appreciate further instruction on how to find the place).

This weekend is fine by me (Fri/Sat/Sun), but not the weekend after.

I'm not going to be around, but I have some traders to chase up.  Is there a central email address I should give them to contact???

specially since I'm away for a couple of weeks after tuesday.

Sorry I can't make the 30th.

Let me know if I need to do anything, such as print tickets, badges, keyrings etc.
