Title: what is it position pavement pounder

who can tell me what doesnt mean i am pavement pounder? if i do some mods i become a mud eater or something sounds more.... you know what i mean. whats the difference betwen pavement pounder and boulevard cracker etc?
please explain

One day when I drove my Land Cherokee from underwater chess on the new mountain bike I have met the little old 7 feet tall huge policeman in bride suit...
