Right, chassis (frame) all stripped down bar the axles and springs..... so I made up some more brackets for my trusty rotisserie like so:
[attachment=1][attachment=2]

Then attach to the frame like so:
[attachment=3][attachment=4]

And I can now undo the U bolts an lift off the frame! I have found a place right by where I work who media blast stuff, so will get them to quote on blasting and dipping the chassis for me. My little sandblaster would take forever to do. So depending on price..... I may send it there.

Need some help and/or advise. Is the weight of the frame + Axles about the same as the body?

[attachment=1][attachment=2]

Just that the brackets I have made up are drooping with the frame and axles on..... not alot mind, but enough to concern me that I will not be able to rotate the body properly....
