got hold of a 98 tj wrangler and looking to lift it, initial thoughts were 33s but after a few discusions i think 31s may be a better bet, done a search in here already and there is no real answer i can get my head round. just gonna be used at a couple of pay and play events and laning as well...dont want to go bonkers with it but thiniin 2 inch suspension and body lift..any suggestions as to where i could source this stuff would be very much appreciated

take a look on ebay for a 2" lift , you can do that using coil spacers or speak to dave at Llama 4x4.

budget boost is what you are talking that will sort you for 31s and at least keep 5th gear useable 33s would be drivable but 5th would be lost as usefull gear without a regaer
