Title: Tj Bulkhead
Post by: willo on January 15, 2011, 09:52:58 PM
Right, I need to fit a bulkhead of some sort behind the front seats in my TJ to comply with some rules and regs of an event I am intending on doing.
I have read a thread on here about a similar idea, however I wondered if anyone had done anything else?

I am aware of :http://www.gr8tops.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=60&Itemid=104 (http://www.gr8tops.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=60&Itemid=104)

It may or may not be the new msa regs, but it states that the front and back of the vehicle must be separated by some form of bulkhead. Presumably to prevent gear thats not locked down from hitting you

looks like MSA - why not just put a cargo net up for the divider?

yes, I could do, however I would quite like a permanent bulkhead so I could run the jeep without the rear tonneau cover that I currently have. There are loads of boat builders down my way, so I may end up with something composite that will fit the hole

That sounds like a 9 year old transit...
