98 grand cherrokee how do you change mirror lenses without breaking them ? not trid yet but thought i would ask

Tilt it downwards, put a wide blade under the edge of the mirror and slide it upwards

thanks mike did just that  by the way why would both have heated element but one from orvis had a second plug ?
