If you've changed all those parts that you listed in your first post and the noise/vibrations is exactly the same then it must be that some other part is transmitting a noise or vibration that is actually normal. I would guess at control arms, do you have poly bushes installed? if factory control arms are the bushes shot? Also, as an outside shot, is the steering damper loose, bushing gone? My Dad's was making a terrible 'suspension' clunking cos of this. Shock bushes are the only other thing that springs to mind, actually the rubber isolators on top of the springs would be worth checking too if you;re under there.
