when you add a vehicle there is an option to add a model next to the drop down
all ready added it for you

Hey Dawg,
Put the trucks in the garage and amended profile as instructed but now only 1 truck features in the profile.
Also lacking a bit of choice in the 'engine type' section.

edit : made a mistake in the vehicle type section : Grad Cherokee WJ 2.7 CRD......please delete :icon_redface:

in the modifications section are you going to populate the manufacturers details or is that left to the memebers ?. can this be done simply by just the make and supplier rather than filling in all the fields and what beer they drink

probably best if the members fill in the details or at least as much as the know, i will keep an overview and edit as i see fit,
the procedure is simple,
first create a manufacturer [Not Listed? Click Here] with as much detail as you have, address contact etc,
then create the mod [Not Listed? Click Here], select a type (tyres, exterior etc)
then select the manufacturer/supplier you have created or an excising one,
then add the product.
if at any time you make a mistake put a note in here and I'll put it right
if you make an error when adding a car to your garage either use the edit function or delete it and start again.
to Dutch- what other engine options do you need?

2nd time i have tried to upload a pic & get this:

but they are the same pics i have put on birties
can i use a birty gallery pic?

unfortunately you will need to re-size them, the main gallery can handle over size picture but the garage can't, any thing bigger than 768x768 will mess up the formatting
use this (http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe) if you are on XP, if on another operating system tell me what and I'll find a suitable add on

OK I've added a couple of manufacturers but they wont show up in the drop down menus :011:
I added BFGoodrich under the modifications / wheels and tires category but cant get it to show up in the drop down selection, just goodyear is shown ....

thats normal, after you add a supplier you then need to assign it a product then you will be able to select it

Been in the garage and added the TJ, to add the modifications though is some what clunky and a pain in the ass, firstly a lot of parts I installed so their was not any installation cost so I would not want to put anything here but cannot continue without putting in a value. Also you have to put a part cost in as well as I modified the vehicel in 2003 I have not got a clue what most of the parts cost now and again it will not allow the entry of the modification without this cost I could put fictitious values in for this but that would somewhat defeat the object of it likewise you might not actually want to admit to the cost of an item. Is their anyway round this.

not ment as a brag, more to let others considering the same mod how much to budget, but you can just leave it blank (put 0 in) if you want

cant we fill bits in? no mudzilla tyres, and if u put in wheels/tyres all you get is alloys :017: no place to put the warn 2wd kit with overdrive, no MJS in the fitting section

also, in addition to the above, no ramsey winch
no BJ's 6" lift

in the modification 'required' sections like for instance when u click on suspension and then add the make? coz i cant
or am i bein to anal and shud just bang out whatever but make the description spot on?

Add the make, start again and add the product, this time the make will be waitin for ya :icon_winkle:

sorry, i must have inherited this from Bubba coz even tho i have added BJ's as a manufacturer for suspension i cant get the buggers to appear :icon_redface:
