Title: Rhino lining in the interior??
Post by: ponyracer1 on February 10, 2005, 11:17:09 PM
Well I just sold my doors, and will probably run soft half doors most of the year. My carpets trash and I really don't want to have to worry about it getting wet and smelly. What is the best liner to put down on the floor of a jeep? I'd like to have it rhino lined but I bet it costs big bucks over here. Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe a 2 part paint on liner? OR?

Anyone got any soft doors for sale to fit a TJ?

My bender shipped 2 days ago, so it should be in my garage and working the 1st week of March.

Thanks for the info, has anyone else gone this route? How do you like it? Would you do it again?

Anyone used the plastic kote stuff?

would I do it again? yes, it's easy applied and repaired. The key to the succsess is the preparation. I know quite a number of "U.K. Jeepers" have done it. There is one example . . .

I've got some 'protecta-kote'
If you are familiar with 'Herculiner and Durabak' in the states, this is the same stuff and comes in a variety of colours too.

Hey Mick O, what did the kit cost and where's the best place to buy it?

You guys like PB blaster to huh? Best stuff in the WORLD for freeing up stuck bolts and things.

I may be able to get my hands on some, any interest out there for it??
