Title: Front steering?
Post by: Anonymous on March 27, 2005, 10:34:05 PM
TJ's started making creaking noises from the front when turning at low speed?

Not as I thought power steering as it doesn't happen when stationary and wheels turned full lock to lock
Doesn't appear to happen in reverse and only when vehicles warmed up

Any input much appreciated....

Thanks gents - Drove round tesco's in Shrewsburys car park in circles with a mechanic - my definition of front was rear when you do a few circles....It really was groaning  ... I know the dealer costs lots but its my only car so I need to keep it rolling
