Shock bolt confusion!
« on: May 02, 2016, 08:12:52 PM »

Having a bit of a nightmare trying to find some bolts for my shocks, I have std shocks with eyelets each end and just need the bolts to go through the sleeve to fix to the brackets, i.e. a bolt with bit that's not threaded as it goes through the shock bushing, looks to be about 1/2" if i use the metal sleeve...

Have done some serious googling and can't find them anywhere, or am I being too fussy and should just use a normal nut and bolt!

Had so many of those moments trying to replace bits on our Jeep. Have the part in your hand but no idea what it's called to Google for it!

Would be handy if you could upload a picture to Google to search for "one of these"!
