Wheel Hub bolts / screws
« on: April 24, 2005, 08:34:17 AM »

Does anyone know where I can source the bolts that secure the plastic centres to the standard 15" wrangler / Cherokee steel wheels.

The bolts are no bigger than 3/4" long with approximately an 8mm head on. They have a thread which looks a bit like a wood screw. There are supposed to be 3 of them per wheel which hold the plastic centre cap in place.

I bought some spare centre caps off EBay some time ago & having just come to use them for last weekend at Ribbesford, discovered they are missing, DOH !!!   .

Dealer could be talking out of  :butthead: but I just don't know.

Nope, not listed.
Try a motor factor that sells hardware for body repairs.

Gary

As I posted on JeepClub and as suggested by Kitchen Devil just use self tapping screws.  Worked ok on my XJ.
