How to quote in a reply

Quoting seems to be a black art to some people, so here's how to do it.

To quote, press the button at the right hand side of the post that you wish to quote.

That will start a new reply for you. Delete the stuff between the quote marks as you see fit, but never touch the actual [ quote="user"] or [ /quote] bits, as that would screw it up.

Then add your new text either before or after the quote text.
