I am appealing for help assistance in identifying the correct key Transponder i require for my 1999 Xj.
I need to buy and have cut a couple of transponder keys my problem is i cant find out the type i need to buy.
I have found a company in the States who sell blank Stratton Transponder keys, model no for these are 4D64 chip Y160 PT but i haven't a clue if these are the correct type and i dont want to buy something that wont programme to the vehicle.
If anybody knows were to look for or find in the vehicle details for the correct keys i need to buy it would be appreciated, theres nothing in the operators book or under the bonnet that gives away any details.
