Title: Flat battery
Post by: ZJ_CREEP on June 25, 2022, 02:07:59 PM
I'm in the process of fitting some reclining bucket seats to my ZJ. I have removed the passenger side so I can fab some mounts with intention of fitting said seat to the original seat frame so as to retain some of the electric seat movement. I have unplugged the seat loom from the vehicle loom and its been sat  since Thursday. I have gone to open the Jeep today and the battery is as flat as a witches tit. Test battery voltage and its 0.04. The battery is new and I have had no issues with battery drain before now. Is it likely that leaving the seat disconnected has caused the drain, I hate electrics

It won’t be the seat, I recon you’ve turned an interior light in by mistake while removing the seats. My kids do it all the time in my ZJ.
