Wow cant believe it was july since last post I will do a proper catch up when I can but for today I will be fixing roughly 15 scooters for the primary school reckon a couple will be sacrificed to provide parts fot the others

And if I get the chance to fit them I have brand new toys from america ............. brand fire new carb and starter motor

Supplied with giamungus thanks via monty burns and the memsaab who brought them back as luggage from there florida holidays

I may have to lick the parts before fitting them to mr whippy

yesterday a water pump on our elderly disco

and today will start a moral battle of biblical proportions   I have been asked to fit .................... a lowering kit  :icon_eek:

Stop moaning and pull your finger out, there is lots of fettling involved.

I don't want to pick it up with a lift kit on it either

Aero 9-3 already is lower that stock by 10mm, these Eibach's will take it another 15mm down and improve the ride.

Bloody spinners, just sticking with the 19's on it.

Do not drive it to Scotland our potholes are 20cm  deep, you would have nothing left to drive home  :hysterical:

Standard Aero springs are quite crashy, Eibach's are a known upgrade. It will still be a firm ride but less crashy.

Kev, I do believe a comment was made about there been posh motors out side your house, I guess Lord Flash was there as well lol.

Right update is folowing several regears and axle rebuilds I find I still seem unable to get photobucket to work with my tablet .....bastard thing wish I had gone for a lappy now... so still no photo updates
Today sees a two pronged mission to darford and romford myself and monty burns are going with the shedford (mk1 tdi disco) and a trailer to firstly collect  the ex jeepky and ex bulldog 2dr xj
then we shall head towards romford to collect and trailer a 3.0 capri for monty which will come into the workshop
for some love and an mot
xj will get a look over and become my daily and light greenlaner and work hack and hopefully will remain unless I drop lucky with a comanche pickup

I shall update a bit later and once again fight my phonevand tablet to try and get some pics up
