Still hoping to come, but plans to get the YJ ready went on hold after i spent the entire bank holiday weekend in hospital, and i still don't have 2 fully working lungs (about 1 + 6/8's).

You will be fine, I will be bringing mine as well. Access onto the main field ad camp field is fairly smooth any only a minor gradient

Ahh brilliant, thx for that  :greggmo: im frantically busy repairing it after the gargantuan tyre explosion it suffered on the way back from Cornwall on the M5 a few weeks ago, the tyre ripped the toilet area, wheel box to bits, getting there though  :023:

yes it is, and it was and hopefully will be in very good condition again, common problem is the tyres deteriorate over time due to lack of use, long standing times etc, they looked like new, any caravan tyre over 5 years old should be changed for new ones, now I know, I will be fitting 3 new tyres, not going through this again, good job it was behind the Jheep, anything smaller and it could have been so much worse, scary stuff being stuck on a motorway hard shoulder.

Yep always check our van tires.  Scary stuff though and a lot of damage.

This is ours I will bring.

And tools and stuff ... and it must be on top of the hill, if there is one, even if its just a slope so we can look down at the minions in those weird canvas type shelter things that get cold n wet when it drizzles slightly, we can be the masters of all we survey, you know like kings and rulers  :icon_biggrin:  :peekaboo:

I am sure us superior caravaners can find a suitable spot. Better sky reception higher up a well! tempted to bring gazebo that can be used as a temporary garage for repairs!
