Getting wires through a YJ firewall
« on: March 08, 2015, 01:16:29 PM »

Any easy access routes to make use of?

Hesitant to start poking coat hangers around through grommets.

Hoping there's an easy route.

Use a wooden kebab skewer as opposed to a coat hangar, much less likely to gouge th insulation off other wires.
If many wires need to go through bulkhead, get some blanking grommets (Halfords), make hole in centre, bind wires in tape to match hole in grommet and seal with RTV sealant on both sides of grommet when installed.
