need help turning a CAD file into the real thing

hi all
 
I have a cad file of  specific light bar for my jeep and I need help turning it into the real thing its fairly simple
 but cant find anyone

any help would be great

The plates are easy to get done as the people I was thinking of are a machine shop never used then for tube bending but will ask the question on Monday (my first day working from home for a while)

Just had a shout back asking what wall thickness tube? its not on the drawing
