Title: Wrangler vs Cherokee wheel patterns
Post by: chomper on September 26, 2005, 10:52:55 PM
I've got some genuine Jeep alloys for sale on eBay. They are from my 1987 YJ Laredo and a potential buyer has asked me whether they will fit his 1999 Cherokee.

 :?:

Cheers

Model 30 (Front) and Model 35 (Rear) I think.

The lug patterns are 5x4.5 on the YJ

You should have said "no... in fact they only fit on an 87 Loredo as they has a special fitting that year. But, I just so happen to have one that I am looking to replace the wheels on... I'll give you a tenner for them"

You'll never learn will ya :)

Wheels ended at £450. The beauty of eBay! Not sure they're worth that, but as I paid £400 for my set of 4 BRAND NEW Cragar 320 15x10 wheels with Bridgestone Dueller 33/12.50x15 tyres, I'm one very happy man!  :D

I got the Cragar 320s from Quadratec in Pennsylvania. I bring in a  40' container a week from a supplier in Pennsylvania so I just slipped 'em in with the rest of the stuff. So no delivery charge!

Got the Tyres from www.mytyres.co.uk (http://www.mytyres.co.uk) - They have to be the cheapest tyre site in the world!

By the way, the guy who bought the alloys was over the moon. Turns out his mate had emigrated to Jamaica and given him a Y registered Wrangler Sport  for nowt. So don't feel sorry for him!  :D

:imwitstupid: got any room in the next container???

There's always a bit of room. Let me know what you're after and we'll see wheat we can do. Usually takes about 4 weeks from point of ordering to point of delivery. Can't do it for everyone but if you ask nicely..... (Just don't tell HMCE) :!:
