Title: could be technical
Post by: Dave69 on May 03, 2010, 03:28:06 PM

ok then what is it ?

I took it off my cherokee as it wasn't connected to anything anymore.

(https://birtydastards.com/frm/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fi39.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fe198%2FDaveP69%2Fmisc%2Fcicuitboard.jpg&hash=1c1d302229247996f71e27da9ec7efb29a8654fd)

5 wires, blue, green, purple, red, black

the large green was connected to 12v +ve. the black had been connected to something using a tap on connector. the rest i haven't got a clue. I'm guessing they are two small coils.

i'm guessing it might be a voltage conditioner of some sorts

spec details shown are

TT  T3012

50/60Hz
switched 5A/240VAC.........direct 24VDC/10A
switched 10A/24VDC.........direct 120VAC/10AC

code on part is probably part number  E11   020893.

or have i got one of those go faster gizmos that give me loads of mpg  :hysterical:

COIL 12VDC

fitted front or rear, my first guess would be something to do with tow electrics, ballest/booster for trailer lights/indicators

:imwitstupid: looks like the setup they use to correct the indicators flashing to fast under load rather than changing the original relay.
