Installed a full DuraTrail interior kit in my JK a couple of weeks ago. This is the result:

You have to buy all the pieces separately and even buying them from Germany they're still pricey but they do improve things in my humble opinion. Most of the pieces are aluminium except the handle covers which are a composite plastic but then again the entire door panels are plastic anyways so that's fine. Best place to get them is off ebay.de (Germany). This is the seller: http://myworld.ebay.de/4-wheel-parts/ (http://myworld.ebay.de/4-wheel-parts/) They are also a German company and stuff can be ordered from them directly if you'd rather avoid Fleabay.
