Title: Gearbox dip stick !

Hi Guys  :greggmo: Just been out to check my gearbox fluid level as I'm getting abit of slippage and noticed that the dipstick seems too long for the filler tube ? Are they all like this ? Sorry '96 grand cherokee 4L petrol auto.

try rotating it when pushing it back in. yes they do seem long
