what sort of length shocks do you need for a xj with 3" lift?
-
if you look on quadratech you can select by lift and see what sizes you will need.

the recommended min and max length will no doubt vary according to the manufacturer and their way of deisgning the way the shock works.

You'll be able to get about a 8-10" travel shock on the front and a 6-8" travel one on the rear so I'd guess the measurements from scrw are about spot on.
