Title: Help YJ gearbox probs

Hi all, need some advice whilst driving home yesterday found 2nd gear syncro fault also when reversing feels and sounds like the gears are trying to jump over each other. I would like some help in either finding a good breakers or someone to rebuild the box.

If it's a 4.0, get a used 'box from a diesel Cherokee. Much easier to find.

i have a good one with transfer case here out of k plate 93

Cheers chappies will get on the case, let the hunt begin   UPDATE

Cant find a box anywhere been quoted over 1000 quids for replacement box and clutch parts excluding fitting what do do?  would i get any more money breaKing it? such a shame as its the genuine article underneath  very clean  just cant warrant spending that much money  engines brill etc etc  can anyone help ?
