my bloody stupid jeep
The 2 bolts at the top of the gearbox bell housing joining the gearbox to block are the most retarded size ever. They are a m10 or m12 thread but the head is a tiny 10mm hex that rounds of easily and they are so damn hard to get to .
Any tips?
Im thinking drop the gearbox and cut them off with a angle grinder?
its a 4 liter cherokee

i think they prob were 3\8ths i did try one but it still slipped

I have found torq heads to be there
-
they should be E Torx head bolts, E being external, not internal as in most other Torx applications on your Jeep
you need a set of these
