bit of a last minute change of plans and we were going to move xmas to the mother-in-laws in Lincolnshire, with a piece of master planning we got 3 people, a great dane (had to remove front seat), all of the xmas stuff including the dinner and our luggage into lil yella and off we set, just heading up the small incline to the M4/M5 junction and the fukin clutch starts to slip again :banghead: so we are back home and looks like the money saving plan to not change the pressure plate has backfired, probably wont get one now till new year

is there a silver lining in avoiding the ma in law?
-
it's obvious reduce the carried weight and it will make it

Feck, unlucky Bruce :icon_sad:

really sorry for ya dood but thats something you wont ever do again

you changed the clutch and not the pressure plate ?. you only make that decision once

:eusa_doh: yeah derrrrr :hysterical:

Didnt the clutch come with a new pressure plate?
-
all the parts came separate, choice was buy and fit all the parts but have no money left for the Turkey Hunt or not buy the £120 pressure plate and £35 bearing and have enough cash left for petrol and beer for the Turkey Hunt, simple choice really, postpone the problem till after the beer and fun have been enjoyed then panic :banghead:
