k reg xj [the floater] has a black two button alarm imoby fob does say Chrysler on the back and also has an alarm switch on the dash that says panic and valet

the fob seems to have stopped working i hope just fob needs a new  battery can i just prise it open and sling a new one in or does it need some kind off sneaky robbery by a third party
the jeep is still working but i dont want to risk the imoby kicking in and fecking things up

did someone say these were Clifford based alarms? if so i have the service software and interface plus a master fob and pos a spare that can be programed

o and when the ignition is off i can hear a relay or something click in followed by a slow buzz like fart noise then click off whole thing last 5/8 seconds what ever the hell that i know not :banghead: i knew there was a very good reason for me to distrust xjs

nope merc estate and you can have the xj i need 7 seats and the mercs folds away in to the boot
