Title: Vehicle Identification

Ok so I took off the chassis plate today/VIN plate to check up and see whats what,

So I find out its a 74 so obviously not registerd till 75 (Logbook)

Any idea on what a "G" stands for in the transmission section?

Also I have a extra number after the model ID number it is "5" any idea what this stands for?

Found out it had the 232 CID engine

Can anyone tell me what the code 512 paint colour is.

Ok so that worked a treat,

Trans was a T14a? Dana 20

Sorry paint codes are for the later years, I need the early ones
