Title: 4.0L Straight 6 Throttle
Post by: Tonka_Toy on March 05, 2011, 11:52:13 AM
Morning all,

I have had my new sensor and all fitted etc, however she doesn't seem to be running quite right. Does anyone have a guide etc on how to set up the throttle position as it seems to me that she is over fueling ( I haven't used her much so haven't been able to check the MPG ) The idle speed in park hunts between 1000 - 1250 rpm.

All thoughts and advice greatly appreciated.

TT

I have tried disconnecting the battery. I was thinking prehaps a temperature sensor fault making the ECU think the engine is at running temperature. Does anyone know if the sensor default hot or cold?
