Title: Cherokee XJ 1997 4 litre facelift, not selecting overdrive, sometimes

Hi,

Sometimes not going into overdrive, switch engine off and restart and it does?

Any idea's?

Maf, my fix for this when it happened to me was to clean the Neutral Safety Switch on the side of the gearbox following Go Jeep's instructions.
