Meant to go over a couple of weeks ago to make a start but didnt, anyway as it was such a nice day and my sister was home so went over and made a start on the F50.Removed the Saab seats and tried in some Vectra ones i got for a tenner, and found them better so i can now get in an sit without the steering wheel pressing into my groin.Just need to bolt the seats in as didnt take a drill to make new holes for fixing the seat runners.I made a start grinding down the rough bits, removed the knackered fender flares(looking for some replacements if anyone has any old ones knoking about :icon_winkle:) I have cut back the wheel arches to remove the uneveness and its made a lot of difference.Only had 1 disc though and so had to stop and now ordered some more with the hope to continue next week.Didnt have a camera with me but when i pop over next week i will get some pics taken.Got a few ideas of what i would like to do,but it will also be a bit of trial and error

Need to get some filler now just to smooth off where i grind down the welds, and awaiting some more cutting and grinding discs so i can continue. The black is just some hammerite i sprayed on just to keep the rust out of the metal

tyre size is big then Tank given the wheel arch cut back
-
No that was just to get it back to something half decent :011:

Well another few hours,in between the showers,of tinkering.Managed to fit the flares (Thanks Tragic) and removed the screen to grind down the rough spots, and some more general grinding/prepping.Just awaiting my body filler to arrive so i can even out some of the edges, then a full flat down ready for painting :icon_winkle:
