Hi Dutch, will have a check, didnt worry too much about which one I sent based on the theory that "one fits all"

Note to self......never assume that one size fits all  :icon_redface:      (myself that is)

Oh the joys of electrickery  :jpshakehead:

Fitted replacement unit last weekend....plug and play.......HA !!

ABS light still on and now MIL light on to join it and truck in limp home mode......fuck

But.....after abit of reading on various fora's the brakelight switch is linked through some puters to the cruisecontroll which will not work
because of the ABS fooked and faultcode 702 is a general gearbox fault which can be caused due to battery power to the speed sensors (or lack thereof)  :017:

Although I've got the feeling that the replacemend ABS box is now communicating with the rest of the puters saying something is wrong.

Hooked up the battery charger and is charging 10 amps , and after an hour on fast charge still 8 amps. New battery 4 weeks ago so I think
that the trickery malfunctions because the 'new' battery is already fooked.

To cut a long story short.......off to dealer again tomorrow 8:30 to be hooked up to their puter to see what's going on.  (@ 30 mls/hr. oh joy in the morning rush hour)  :icon_rolleyes:
