Title: Rear locker
Post by: terratology on August 07, 2011, 10:50:02 AM
So then i've just got this off ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330594085790&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_1587wt_932 (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330594085790&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_1587wt_932) to strip and put the 'goodies' on my 2000 XJ Orvis and was wondering if the lock right locker will fit my axle. I'm guessing mines the 8.25 Chrysler one with so called trash loc and the one i'm breaking is a 94 model. If it won't fit is it worth good money?
Cheers
Jolly

Nope. it will be a Dana 35. It may have a trac-loc as it's an Orvis.

If your lookin for a cheap locker then can I suggest Aussie Lockers? I have them front and rear and roughly they cost £150 & shipping, they work very well and good road manners... I fitted a front one first as had LSD in rear of Wrangler, was so impressed I bought the rear.

Cheers Maf
