Title: My Fog lights don't work. 2000 Wj 4.0 L6

Hi everyone.
It's MOT time tomorrow having a last minute check around just to be sure i found my front fogs aren't working.I've checked fuse # 24 and it's ok,i've just taken one of the lamps out and it was sealed (didn't take long to un-seal) and the bulb is ok.
Any ideas ???
I can get around the problem by removing the lights for the MOT but i'd rather have a working set of fogs.

nope only rear one is, fronts are supplementary not requirement!
