Title: XJ TD throttle prob

Posted for a friend

truck drives normally then revs drop even if accelerator pedal fully depressed, lift off throttle and all returns to normal.

i only know 4.0 TJ's so not sure if its same setup ??

are they flyby wire, if so it could be the throttle pedal thingy, they be a bit like a scaletrics trigger

diesel jeep drivers will be catching the bus to see the bank manager at some point in ownership

had that problem on mine it  was diesel pump ecu under the dash  :010:
