hi
found your site and been lurking but need help to source a chassis for 95 yj wrangler
been stumped for one in the uk but live in hope of finding one somewhere.
got blinded by boyhood dream of a sahara and dived in headfirst.
thanks

YJ's are prone to go around the front spring mounts and front legs, is that where yours has gone?
as for finding a good one not sure whats about, have seen a few CJ chassis about lately and other that CJ having 2" front springs and YJs have 2 1/2" springs think they are interchangeable
-
hi nosebolt
yes your right front arms and rear shackles, got someone says he could fabricate bits
but not sure this way is best but here in sunny scotland might be the only way to go
-
Hello ..await some advice from some of the bucks Jeep chaps.....they rated springs over coils but know stuff....
-
Various places in US where rear replacement sections can be bought........will look later for website.
Worth repairing rather than complete change over :icon_twisted:.
Might know of a TJ chassis for sale???
-

Indeed we do. We have 2 sitting in the skunkworks bunker, one is a '93, one is a '95, both in excellent condition. Not particularly local to Scotland though.....M40, J6

Closer than the states tho Paul :)

thanks for the info, waiting for body removal to get a good look
underneath but if its too bad could be tempted south to save
time and dosh.
-
make the arrangements now and save time result will be the same when they go they really go

And the famous steering box mount

TBH, if yours is that bad it's a false economy to repair
-
well tragic
ive got a saying "take good advice when you get it unless its expensive"
so give me a figure to work with cos im down your way[ish]next month
and maybe that will be better solution.
