I`m getting a warning on the display that says "coolant temp sensor bad" - do I need to replace it? Can I get one from the local motor factors? And probably most imporantly..... where is it on the motor?? :017:
Next- I`m getting a rattling from underneath, sounds sort of exhaust related, I think I`ve located it to the catalytic converter, as when i tap the cat something bounces inside.... is the cat goosed?

My cats fubard too, not to worried till MOT is due but would be interested in cost of replacement
-
Well I`ve found one on eblag for £70 inc. postage, there is another for £47 but it didn`t look as good

Since discovered that the "coolant temp sensor bad" message could be due to a broken solder on the display.
The message seems to come and go.
Oh, and I should add that its going for is test tomorrow!

Grrrrr!.......... started heading to mot, stopped halfway to see smoke/steam coming from rear wheels..... Handbrake adjusted up too tight!! Turned round, headed home to cool `em off and adjust later :banghead:
