Title: WJ starting issues
Post by: sparkyboy on November 22, 2011, 01:29:59 PM
Ok so now the steering issue is sorted lets talk about my staring issue

So now winters here the WJ wont start on its own in the mornings it just cranks

However 1/2 a squirt of easy start and she fires and runs first turn of the key

she will also start fine throughout the day and if i come home late 2300ish she will start the next morning but not if left for 12 hrs or more
So does this mean i need new glow plugs, i'm thinking less than 12 hrs the block retains enough heat to start but after 12 hrs it dont

also if it was a fuel leak back/pressure problem would it not just cut out after easy start is used up

Help Please
