Title: wheel nuts

hi there, can anyone help as i'm a bit confused.
I'm after some locking wheel nuts for a 1998 cherokee but half the sellers on ebay say they are 12 mm and half say they are 1/2 unf . Does anyone know what size i should be buying .
Any help would be appreciated.

Pretty sure they are 1/2" but wait for the Doc or similar tech head to confirm

Parts list says 1/2" - 20.
