Hi, am just wondering if the exhaust manifolds are generic over the 4L straight 6 from the grand cherokee, cherokee and wrangler?
-
different from 99 onwards on gc but otherwise i believe they are the same but not sure on wrangler?
-
They're all the same from '91 to '99

So the one on my 2000 XJ is different then and if so in what way? Would it be a different downpipe or something, the reason i ask is i'm looking at building a free'er flowing pipe. Also does anyone know whart these manifolds are like?http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/140688865677?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_500wt_1034

they are not a free flowing manifold.
I fitted one of these type 6-2-1 manifolds & it made a big difference

"PLEASE NOTE ALL ITEMS MUST BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED MECHANIC AT A REGISTERED GARAGE. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL INVALIDATE ANY WARANTY AND RETURNS POLICY."
