Title: Random Drive shaft Question

I'm having a hard time finding a replacement drive shaft with ABS for my ZJ and was wondering on the following, As I have u-joints on my existing drive shafts, is there a problem fitting a CV type shaft on passenger side whilst leaving u-j type on driver side? it seems the CV type is easier to get hold of around my neck of the woods.

Any input appreciated
