Stew I had a sony one connected to the head unit in my old XJ which should be the same as yours. You just need a lead for the changer with an 8 pin DIN socket at the head unit end.

I know that nobody likes a smart arse, but........the Eskimos don't have any penguins. Eskimos live on the North Pole, and penguins live on the South Pole.
-
Can I have some of what Bubba's on :)
Mort, eskimos can still ask for the release of their penguins, even if they are 3000 miles away :)
-

cheap alpine units with converter work well as well. the converter is £25 from halfrauds

wouldnt that be 12500
-
Nope. The earth's not spherical - it bulges around the equator, which is about 25000 miles in circumference. The circumference around the poles is less.
-
Isn't the earth flat?
Probably have to buy some D90 cassettes this week ..... :?
-
ok i forgot to divide by 2............ but it changes yearly so the distance isnt always the same anyway.
stew i thought you had an 8 track anyway??? when did you upgrade??? and if you go up to cd arent you missing out on 40 years of technology???? i was raking around in the loft and found all my jethro tull casettes but then discovered i dont own a casette player anymore
-
Give you a pork pie for them.....

Now that I didn't know. :-k

the current magnetic north pole is in canada but is migrating slowly and will pass over alaska and settle in russia in about 50 years
The erratic pole can jump around considerably each day, but migrates on average about 10 kilometers to 40 kilometers each year, its currently about 600 miles from the geographical one.
interesting fact is that the poles swap end for end and have done so 25 times in the last 5 million years, the last time was 720,000 years ago and its due anytime now............ and the fact that this has feck all to do with jethro tull, cd players and penguins.

mmmm Aqualung and Penguins
-
I agree with Edna anyway - the penguins that are 12281ish miles away are free anyway - it's the ones 3000 miles away (bulge dependant) in Boston Zoo that need releasing isn't it?
