The rubicon express long arm stretch puts you at 98 (4" stretch) so you dont have to butcher rear fenders and cause police interest but will allow you to run 37s without then hitting tub at front of the rears.

100 is better.cos its meant to be the magic length (fnarr)

With 39.5s I am at 105.5 (Was aiming for 106.but obviously failed :jpshakehead:) and it looks in proportion. But had to comp cut the rears to get the wheels in.

Its all down to your tyre size.................. cue graph paper and pencil ......................or photoshop..................

You could go 98 with clayton or R.E. kit and then move front out 2 inches with repositioning of steering box........... tis easy did it for the 1 ton with 6 inch stretch up front................

and then didn't use it cos I went full hydro.............. :icon_biggrin:

Yes RE no longer but maybe distributed or whatever by some one else.

Try Dan at Ruff Stuff specialists cos you can get 4 link rear ends the heims, brackets, axle bridge everything but the DOM tube $750

Means you can set your own length and after getting anorak over the 4 link calculator dial in your own perfect anti squat anti roll anti tramp specs.

OOH ER :icon_twisted: Ruff stuff also do 3 link front end or 4 link if you fancy super radical..........(full hydro needed then)

others might point you to polyperformance or loads of others................

Welcome to my nightmare................. I'm still researching.................. :jpshakehead:

 :017:

Thats kinda why I thought I'd just get claytons, as he Should know what he is doing, then my peeps can't cock it up,

I have also researched 10 off JJ's from Currie, then the bracketry... not sure which way to go :017: :017:

After a year of research I personally would go Ruffstuff specialties, and measure and do all the donkey work re the 4 linky positions myself.
Then TELL your people exactly where and what goes where...cos there are a lot of high charging BS merchants around......... say no more it would be rude :icon_twisted:

There was a link from Warthog about Ranger Station that spelt out all the calcs for 4 link and v good it is.

Others will be on with there pet suppliers.......... take note .they could be far far better than what I have sourced over the last year :icon_super: :icon_twisted:

It may be a stick with the rear TJ Alloy & ARB 44, for the mo, and just long arm the front, either home made or purchased, just to get to and through this event at the end of March, then let the wllet breathe, and go from there...
